Can the Fidus blade be replaced?

Yes, replacement blades are available. Be sure to torque the 4-40 screw to 14 inch pounds of torque when installing.

Is custom engraving available?

Yes, see the SHOP button to add engraving to your cart. We can also offer additional engraving for orders greater than 2 units such as company logos or other personalization.

Can I get a volume discount?

Yes, we have a tiered pricing system. Please email billing@dtltactical.com for additional volume discount ordering.

Will the Fidus corrode or rust?

The Fidus is manufactured from 360 Brass, 440 Stainless steel, and 18-8 Stainless steel. It is not totally impervious to corrosion. High salt and water environments for extended periods of time will cause some corrosion.

Was the Fidus tested?

The Fidus was field tested with various seat belt materials and several tempered windows. Although all tests were successful the Fidus is not a rescue tool.
